Client Success Associate (Account Manager)

The Client Success Associate will support the post-sale client experience function within the Data & Analytics division. Based in New York, this role partners with Client Success Managers and cross-functional teams to deliver high-touch, high-impact support across the full client lifecycle. 

Responsibilities:

  • Partner with Client Success Managers to support strategic accounts across the Americas region. 
  • Assist in onboarding new clients and ensuring seamless setup and product delivery.
  • Monitor account activity, usage, and trends via Salesforce dashboards to drive retention and growth strategies. 
  • Support the collection of feedback, testimonials and client referrals. 
  • Interface with internal stakeholders including Product, Engineering, and Support teams to channel user insights. 

Qualifications:

  • Experience working with OTC market data or related financial information products. 
  • Proven track record in a client-facing B2B role within financial services or fintech.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 
  • Proficiency in Salesforce and Microsoft Office. 
  • Highly organized and proactive, with strong problem-solving capabilities. 
  • Prior experience in financial services is preferred. 
  • Bachelors degree is required.
